Gaioleiro da Lisboa de meados do século passado, num prédio de rendimento típico, esq./ dir., descaracterizado, estreito, estamos no último andar.
Quartos, sala, espaços de circulação e carpintarias foram reabilitados e envoltos a branco.
Casa de banho nova implantada na antiga despensa com duche flutuante sobre o soalho.
Cozinha também nova condensada num enorme armário feito à medida ao longo dum corredor em continuidade com a nova sala construída na varanda envidraçada como um jardim de inverno aberto a norte.
Soalho envernizado, mosaico hidráulico tradicional 20x20cm monocromático verde seco, carpintarias originais, azulejo branco 10x10cm em chacota tradicional, mármore branco de Estremoz, reboco de gesso afagado à colher.


Apartment in Lisboa from the early first half of the 20th century. We found it utterly destroyed, narrow and without architectural interest.
Bedrooms, living, circulation areas and woodworks all was reset to a straight pale white dignity.
New bathroom fitted on the old cupboard with a floating shower tray over the wooden floor.
New kitchen summed on a big painted wood closet carved to fit along a corridor connecting to the new dining room built over the balcony like a winter garden facing the north.
Varnished hard wooden floors, traditional cement tiles pigmented dry green, original painted woodworks, Portuguese ceramic tiles, white marble from Estremoz, hand polished plaster walls on kitchen and dining.
